Job Description:
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and target potential clients in the welding, fabrication, and manufacturing industries.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
    • Presentation of technical solutions tailored to customer needs and provision of expert advice on welding products.
    • Preparation and delivery of persuasive sales pitches and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Target potential clients in the welding, fabrication, and manufacturing industries.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
    • Present technical solutions tailored to customer needs and provide expert advice on welding products.
    • Deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in technical sales (preferably in welding, industrial supplies, or manufacturing).
  • Strong understanding of welding consumables, welding equipment, and fabrication.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Relevant technical qualification or sales experience in the welding industry preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Afrikaans is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and own transport for client visits.
