We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at our hotel facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventative maintenance planning and execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with Hotel Managers, Group Operational Manager, and Department Heads to address maintenance requests promptly and effectively. You will also plan and manage maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles, and systems across the group.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs aligned with warranties, safety regulations, and best practices
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to address maintenance requests and ensure seamless functioning of hotel facilities and infrastructure
  3. Plan and manage maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles, and systems across the group
  4. Mentor and develop staff to build a skilled and efficient maintenance team
  5. Foster a culture of safety and ensure secure usage of all equipment
  6. Manage maintenance budgets and procurement to maintain adequate stock levels of critical supplies and equipment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years experience in facilities or maintenance management. You will need to possess proven expertise in preventative maintenance planning and execution, as well as strong skills in planning, process management, and service delivery.
