Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive revenue growth and maximize occupancy across our storage facilities. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities :

  1. Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  2. Guide potential customers through the rental process, providing information on unit availability, pricing, and promotions.
  3. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and improve occupancy rates.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and customer acquisition efforts.

Requirements :

  1. 2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in self-storage, real estate, or a related industry.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive sales approach.
  3. Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Comfortable working with CRM software and digital sales tools.
  5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
