Key Responsibilities:- Ensure production, maintenance, recovery, and cost targets are achieved through effective planning and execution.
- Develop and implement budgets, operating plans, and forecasts to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with key departments, including mining operations, engineering, and geology, to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and present monthly reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Lead the continuous improvement of the Group's processing plants, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring they meet key performance indicators and adhere to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe and sustainable work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role within the mining sector, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of coal and magnetite processing, including all stages of production.
- In-depth understanding of mining regulations, environmental laws, and compliance standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel as needed.
