Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at The Globevest Group. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling the daily operations of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and control the daily operations of projects, from design to completion.
  • Manage and motivate site teams, including sub-contractors, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Plan and organize site facilities and logistics, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that staff are properly trained.
  • Supervise and manage staff, including conducting performance reviews and addressing any disciplinary issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure that projects are being completed to the required standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC or bio-containment industry.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
  • Valid driver's license and passport.
