  • Align business strategy, objectives, and values by reviewing Nedbank and Business Unit Plan, ensuring delivered systems, processes, services, and solutions are aligned.
  • Engage in personal growth and development through input and feedback from management. Complete personal development plan activities within specified timeframe.
  • Collaborate with team and stakeholders to share knowledge and industry trends during formal and informal interaction.
