We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Facilities Director to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance of our property, including buildings, landscaping, and common areas. This will involve conducting regular inspections, developing and implementing maintenance schedules, and arranging for necessary repairs and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage maintenance tasks as indicated in the 10-year maintenance plan and propose tasks for inclusion in the plan.
  • Sign off on work completed by service providers before payment and ensure relevant documentation for warranties is provided to the Managing Agent.
  • Plan, design, and maintain the landscaping and grounds of the property.
  • Ensure that plants are healthy and well-maintained.
  • Plan and implement an irrigation schedule for plants and grass.
  • Ensure that all garden equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field.
  • Relevant qualification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
