The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in HR, with extensive experience in leading and delivering HR functions, developing HR policies, and managing talent effectively. This role will require you to work closely with stakeholders to resolve disciplinary actions, retrenchments, and litigations effectively.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  1. Lead and deliver HR functions that drive positive outcomes for the organization.
  2. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
  4. Manage talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disciplinary actions, retrenchments, and litigations effectively.
  6. BCom in HR or related field, or equivalent occupational experience.
  7. Proven track record of leading and delivering HR functions.
  8. Extensive experience as an HR Manager specialising in Industrial Relations.
  9. Knowledge and experience in key regulatory frameworks such as BCEA, LRA, MIBCO, CCMA, and SARS.
  10. Computer literacy to effectively utilize HR technologies and tools.
