We are seeking a Case Law Enhancement Director to join our dynamic Case Law team in producing high-quality legal content.

This role involves leading change management required to transition the team into a production environment using Generative AI (GAI) to produce summaries and review GAI output.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the case law landscape in Africa, process-driven thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include managing a diverse team responsible for case law enhancements, overseeing product production, and ensuring content quality and timeliness.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent, admission as an attorney/advocate, and at least three years of PQE experience.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team responsible for case law enhancements.
  • Oversee the production of case law products and content for multiple regions.
  • Develop a team to conduct caselaw enhancements.

Requirements:
