Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with all levels of the business to identify learning gaps.
  • Develop unique training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of our employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Create, coordinate, plan, and present various forms of skills training, utilizing online learning technology and other innovative approaches to engage employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and re-training requirements.
  • Analyze and track the impact of training, making proactive recommendations to improve its effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Flexible working hours/shifts to accommodate business requirements, including day shift and night shift hours.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a facilitator, with expertise in management, learnerships, and soft skills.
  • Experience managing medium to large-scale projects while working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to deliver training to senior levels of the business and possess strong relationship-building and administrative skills.
