We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing construction methods and measuring outputs
  • Project programming and scheduling
  • SHEQ legislation and implementation
  • Site staff management, including IR if necessary
  • Financial reporting (per site and project)
  • Contract law and insurance expertise

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • 2 years experience in building projects, preferably in high-end residential and commercial sectors
  • Certification in CCS is essential
