Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Treasury Strategies: Collaborate with our leadership team to create and execute comprehensive treasury management plans that align with our company's goals and objectives.
- Manage Cash Flow and Risk: Analyze and optimize our cash flow forecasting tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize our cash position.
- Oversee Treasury Operations: Ensure the effective management of our treasury operations, including foreign currency exposure, interest rate risk, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Build Relationships with Financial Institutions: Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, investment banks, and other financial institutions to ensure access to necessary financial services and products.
- Support Financial Modeling and Analysis: Collaborate with our Head of Treasury to develop and implement financial models that support decision-making related to cash management, investments, and capital structure.
- Manage Debt and Credit Facilities: Support the negotiation of loan agreements and covenants, and ensure the effective management of our debt and credit facilities.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise: Offer guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including country managers, commercial and growth teams, and ManCo, on treasury-related matters.
- Prepare Financial Analysis and Calculations: Develop and present financial analysis and calculations to support new opportunities and treasury cost savings initiatives.
- Ensure Adequate Working Capital: Ensure that our group entities have sufficient working capital to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash flow needs.
- Manage Remittance Funding and Cash Flow Forecasting: Review and manage remittance funding and cash flow forecasting to ensure accurate and timely forecasting.
- Provide Treasury Support: Offer treasury support on projects and operations across the group, as required.
- Experience in Treasury Management: A minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Treasury Management Systems: Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
- Exchange Control Experience: Experience in exchange control, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
- Commercial Cash and Debt Facility Management Experience: Experience in commercial cash and debt facility management, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
