We are seeking an experienced Process Mapping Professional to join our team at A 1L Realization (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating data-driven visual representations of business processes, analysing and documenting processes for privacy compliance or audit purposes, and conducting privacy impact assessments using clearly defined methodologies or tools.
About the Role
The Process Mapping Professional will be responsible for mapping business processes according to their hierarchical levels, analysing and documenting business processes, and providing data-driven visual representations of business processes.
Requirements
- Education: Engineering/Science/IT/Commercial/Business degree or NQF 7 equivalent;
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in conducting privacy impact assessments, risk and compliance, business process related work, and building relationships and influencing at all levels of companies;
- Skills: Strong understanding of telecoms processes, business analysis, and process modelling skills;
