We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day utilities administration of managed properties, providing business expertise on building management systems, and reducing utility consumption through sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Operations Managers to establish and implement well-defined energy savings plans and procedures.
  • Assist in the overall planning, organisation, and management of utility administration, including general administration, budgeting, and policy development.
  • Monitor utility billing discrepancies and ensure their prompt resolution.
  • Responsible for analysing municipal accounts, including electricity, water, sewerage, gas, refuse, and municipal Rates and Taxes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities or utilities management, a related certificate or degree in Engineering, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel.
