Job Summary

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Production and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at MASA Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the production and maintenance activities of the Processing Facility, ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently and effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities

Production Supervision:

  • Supervise the production team to achieve production goals.
  • Monitor and control production schedules to ensure that all products are delivered on time.

Maintenance Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement all repairs and maintenance activities for the Processing Facility.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Technical field.
  • A Trade Certificate would be an advantage.
  • Proven technical experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and Google Suite software packages.
  • Project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor conditions.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including standby and call-out duties.
  • Driver's license and own reliable transport.
