This Investment Relationship Manager position is perfect for an ambitious professional who wants to build lasting relationships with clients and drive business growth. As a key member of the ProDevelopment Group team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional financial services to clients, managing complex queries, and developing strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client queries promptly and professionally.
  2. Oversee online account verifications and activations to ensure smooth client onboarding processes.
  3. Foster long-lasting relationships with internal stakeholders to guarantee swift issue resolution.
  4. Collaborate with the correspondence and walk-in-centre teams to address client needs and drive business growth.
  5. Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, while maintaining accurate statistics on client interactions.
  6. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to enhance service quality and drive business growth.
  7. Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to engage clients and drive business growth.
  8. Maintain database accuracy and update information regularly to support business growth.

Requirements:

  1. Possess a relevant business degree or be studying towards one.
  2. Meet the minimum requirement of a Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
  3. Have at least 6 months of experience in contact centre/client services.
  4. Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with good voice and diction.
  5. Speak multiple languages.
  6. Hold ITC/CRIM Clear certification.
  7. Show proficiency in using computer applications.
