Australian Regional & Remote Community Services is committed to delivering high-quality care and services to regional and remote communities. As a First Nations Cultural Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our services are culturally responsive and effective.

You will work closely with our First Nations team to develop and implement programs that promote cultural awareness and understanding among our staff and clients.

We are seeking someone who has strong knowledge of local traditions and is able to communicate effectively with our community. This includes the ability to speak the local dialect and have a close cultural connection with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement culturally responsive programs to promote cultural awareness and understanding among staff and clients.
