**Job Description**

We are seeking an exceptional academic leader to join our faculty as a dean. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of academic achievement, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of the higher education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide strategic leadership to the faculty, driving innovation and excellence in teaching, research, and community engagement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the effective management of the faculty's resources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and other universities.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect among faculty members, staff, and students.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you must have:A PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant field

A minimum of 7 years' experience in higher education, with at least 5 years in senior academic leadership rolesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsA strong track record of academic achievement, including publications, grants, and awardsA deep understanding of the higher education sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
