About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to join our InCountry technical team supporting our Markets business. As a DevOps Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of applications and systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in application releases, from development, testing, and deployment into production.
  • Act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors.
  • Provide technical support for users of Citi applications, including quick resolutions to app issues and driving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements.
  • Manage, maintain, and support applications and their operating environments.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of applications and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
