Job Title: Project Manager for RDP Housing and Clinic Construction

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading construction activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing teams to deliver the project on time. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a Built Environment field and at least 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all construction activities.
  2. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  3. Manage project timelines, resources, and teams to meet delivery targets.
  4. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain quality and safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and municipal authorities to resolve challenges.
  2. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  3. Support the development of training programs, workshops, and mentorship initiatives for site teams.
  4. Prepare and submit technical reports, progress updates, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a Built Environment field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, engineering, or contract administration.
  • Registered as a Built Environment Professional with a recognized professional body.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site management, and regulatory compliance.
