About the Role:

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our services and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have 3-4 years' experience within a processing environment and a comprehensive knowledge of shareholding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Beneficial Ownership Registers and all supporting documents.
  • Sending of letters and reminders for Beneficial Ownership Reporting.
  • Submission of Beneficial Ownership Registers to CIPC.
  • Communicating with clients and sending confirmation certificates.
  • Filing of all Beneficial Ownership records.
  • Maintenance, updating and upkeep of Beneficial Ownership Lists and Reports.
  • Verification of Share Registers.
  • Updating and capturing of Share Registers.
  • Updating of GreatSoft.
  • Assist with Annual Returns as and when required.

Key Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 3 - 4 years' experience within a processing environment
  • Experience within an Audit and Accounting firm (preferred)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of shareholding, particularly:
    • Interpreting and understanding Share Registers
    • Accurate capturing of historic shareholding
    • Share allotments / transfers / buybacks
    • Authorised share capital changes
  • Experience with Beneficial Ownership Reporting to CIPC (advantageous)
  • Experience with Annual Returns and supporting documents (preparation and submission)
  • Working knowledge of GreatSoft, Excel, Adobe, Word
  • Knowledge of company legislation
  • Knowledge of a business environment
  • Must keep abreast of industry changes and new developments
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated
