Sales Team Lead

As a highly motivated and target-driven individual, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the beverage industry as a Sales Team Lead at HR Genie.
The estimated salary for this role is around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of sales experience in the beverages or FMCG sector and a proven track record in sales.
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the beverage industry.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
- Creating and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Managing and coordinating sales activities across multiple territories
In addition to your sales expertise, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
You will be working closely with our sales and merchandising partners, distributors, and agents to achieve sales targets and develop strategic customer relationships.
Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A related undergraduate degree or diploma
- 2 years of sales experience in the beverages or FMCG sector
- A proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus commission and benefits.
