Capitec Bank Ltd. is looking for an experienced Interior Architect to join our team as a Layout Design Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing floor layouts for new/upgrade branches, including offsite cash devices and all alterations to existing branches.

  • This will involve close collaboration with relevant suppliers, contractors, landlords, and tenant coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Layout Design: Create detailed floor layouts for new/upgrade branches.
  • Liaison: Liaise with relevant suppliers, contractors, landlords, and tenant coordinators.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational, A relevant tertiary qualification in Draughting.
  • Skills: Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook), Communications Skills, Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills.
