About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Pragma Global as an Employee Experience Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the organisation-wide engagement strategy and custodian of the employee engagement tools. Additionally, they will manage the implementation, communication, analysis, and actions arising therefrom.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of the organisation-wide engagement strategy

Requirements:
- Honours Degree in Human Resources
