Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and deploy payment services projects aligned with our company's roadmap.
  2. Collaborate with technology providers to deliver recognized and innovative payment methods.
  3. Analyze technical options to deliver payment architecture in alignment with our global/local payments roadmap and functional constraints.
  4. Perform workload estimation and prototype development with development teams.
  5. Coordinate project activities to ensure consistency between as-built solutions and their design.
  6. Deliver solution designs within timeline and budget constraints.
  7. Engage with technical stakeholders to get solution design approved and in line with IT strategy.
  8. Assist development manager in coordinating development activities.
  9. Provide documentation and coaching to project teams and assist during installation/deployment phase.
  10. Ensure efficient knowledge transfer and ramp up time for new developers.
  11. Integrate industrialization into solution design for easy roll-out in other contexts.
  12. Work towards online and offline international payment acceptance for all brands and markets.
  13. Use continuous improvement methodologies to grow revenue, reduce costs, and mitigate risk.
  14. Mitigate risk related to payments acceptance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or IT.
  • 5+ years of experience in Payment Solution/End-to-End Architecture.
  • Experience in bank or finance-related industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in System analysis & design.
  • TOGAF 9 or 10 certification.
  • Modeling experience in EA tools like iServer IT & Internet.
