The successful candidate will lead our commercial efforts in Europe, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our company's growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive business growth in the European market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the medical and hospital sectors.
  3. Establish a robust sales pipeline targeting private hospitals, medical centres, and ECG vendors.
  4. Represent our company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  5. Collaborate closely with our founders and board members to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and company vision.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven track record of driving commercial success in the medical devices or software sector, preferably in new markets.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in product launch execution, including market entry strategy implementation and pre-launch operational preparation.
  3. Strong network within the medical device industry and established connections with medical and hospital leaders.
  4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical devices in European markets.
  5. Understanding of medical device and software purchasing cycles and decision-making processes.
