About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our team and take on a key role in overseeing night shift operations at our blueberry processing facility.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the night shift team to ensure smooth and efficient production.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to meet production targets and maintain high product quality standards.
  • Plan and allocate labour and machine resources to meet production schedules and minimise downtime.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
  • Use Netsuite to manage blueberry production from receiving to dispatch and generate reports as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the night shift team to ensure they adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with day shift supervisors and managers to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, labour, materials, and incidents.
