    • Develop and implement sustainable practices across the supply chain.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ethical standards.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of procurement, warehousing, and planning professionals.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
    • Recruit, train, and develop talent within the supply chain department.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • A degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with at least 5 years at a managerial level in the Cosmetics/Pharma/Food/FMCG industries.
  • Proven experience in forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Supply Chain Management software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
