Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the patient care services, ensuring that all aspects of patient care meet the highest standards. This includes managing the patient experience, optimizing supply, retention and utilization of staffing resources, and empowering and building staff competence through continuous assessment and development. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with the effective management of operational expenses.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Degree / Diploma in General Nursing and 3 years post qualification experience. You should also have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a bonus, midwifery or postgraduate qualifications in specialty areas are desirable.
