Job OverviewThis role is responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services and performing day-to-day dispensary administration according to our company's SOPs. The successful candidate will be required to work efficiently with stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine, as well as providing general health advice to customers.
Key Tasks:- Customer Service: Provide high standards of customer service and care to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stock Management: Manage stock levels efficiently, including repacking of medicine, and maintain accurate records.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform day-to-day dispensary administration according to our SOPs, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Health Advice: Provide general health advice to customers, promoting healthy living and wellness.
- Qualifications: A Matric with Maths is essential, along with minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa for the various levels as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic and Learner Basic).
- Skills and Abilities: Product knowledge (Health isle and OTC), SAPC and relevant legal knowledge, customer service orientated, team player, integrity, ethical working practice and compliance, accuracy and attention to detail, basic calculations, IT Business Operating Systems, MS Office, adhering to principles and values, working with people, delivering results and meeting customer expectations, following instructions and procedures, relating and networking, and planning and organising.
