The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, maintaining and updating CRM systems, conducting needs analyses, and providing professional advice to clients.

We require a motivated individual with a strong background in selling short term insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Sourcing sufficient lead generating opportunities to ensure 10 client quotes per week and 40 per month minimum
  • Maintaining and updating your CRM system
  • Conducting needs analyses and providing professional advice to clients
  • Signing up a minimum of 5 active lead referral agents
  • Providing weekly reports reflecting leads, quotes, and sales as well as the source of the leads, average premium, total premium, and other pertinent information
