Requirements
  • Matric: Essential
  • Education: 3-year Degree/Diploma in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Information Systems/Informatics, Human Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • Certification: Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or similar certification desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years industry experience in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, or similar.
  • Skills: Knowledge of technologies such as HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile app operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Short Courses: Short courses in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Information Systems/Informatics, Human Computer Interaction, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years industry experience in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, or similar.
