Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner

FHC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our addiction medicine team. This individual will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in addiction medicine or behavioral health. They will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, making decisions based on organizational policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients and their families, utilizing the nursing process.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Make informed decisions based on organizational policies and guidelines.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Two years nursing experience, preferably in addiction medicine/behavioral health outpatient setting.
- Current State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Nurse Compact License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA).
