Job Description
The salary specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments. They will reconcile payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration with HR, finance, and IT is essential to improve workflows and system functionalities. Regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders is required. To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong understanding of payroll practices, procedures, and regulations. Relevant qualifications and experience in payroll processing are essential. You'll work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective payroll strategies. Experience in payroll software and analytical skills are highly desirable.
