Financial Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at MedE Recruit. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creditors Management: Efficiently handle accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
  • Debtors Management: Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments.
  • Financial Statements: Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights into our financial performance.
  • VAT Management: Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, managing VAT returns and reporting.
  • Costing: Accurately calculate and report costs, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Stock Management: Regularly audit and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory reporting.
  • Payee Management: Ensure timely payments to vendors, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Budgeting: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring financial stability.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee and forecast cash flow, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Finance: Relevant qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Certification: Professional certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, CIMA) is preferred.
  • General Admin: Proficiency in general administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and making decisions.
Experience:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial management, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.

Skills:
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software: Proficiency in accounting software, including Microsoft Office and other financial management tools.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
