Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities of our restaurants, ensuring seamless execution of tasks, efficient labor management, and optimal profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Labor Management: Develop and implement effective labor schedules, ensuring proper staffing levels, and optimizing labor costs to meet business targets.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, minimizing waste and excess stock, while ensuring adequate supplies for peak periods.
  • Cash Handling and Banking: Oversee cash handling procedures, adhere to in-restaurant banking protocols, and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
  • Staff Training and Development: Provide comprehensive inductions, ongoing training, and coaching to enhance staff performance, promote teamwork, and support career growth.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a positive customer environment by encouraging excellent service, addressing concerns, and promoting loyalty through exceptional interactions.
  • Local Store Marketing: Coordinate marketing activities, promotions, and events as authorized by the Regional Operations Manager to drive sales and brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Education: Grade 12/NQF 4 qualification
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in fast food/restaurant management, preferably with KFC or Pizza Hut
  • Creditworthiness: Good credit standing, as indicated by an ITC check, and no prior convictions
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Micros/GAAP POS systems, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Nationality: Only South African citizens will be considered
Estimated Salary Range:

R550,000 - R650,000 per annum, depending on location and experience
