Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop creative treatments and strategies that drive results.
  2. Create logos and visual identity systems that resonate with audiences.
  3. Oversee general graphic design tasks, including layout and typography.
  4. Present designs and strategic thinking to clients in compelling ways.
  5. Interact with clients through face-to-face meetings, written communications, and virtual presentations.
  6. Pitch for new projects and contribute to project management.
  7. Participate in content development for the company blog and social media.
  8. Manage junior designers, interns, and external resources.
  9. Identify revenue opportunities and ensure quality control over work output.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • An insatiable curiosity and passion for design.
  • A bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of industry experience.
  • The ability to think critically and function well in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and turn-around times.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Experience with Creative Suite and proficiency in website creation via SquareSpace or WordPress.
