Warehouse Associate

Job Title: Picker/Packer

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our team at Globelink Logistics. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and understand customer orders to accurately pick and pack products
• Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment
• Use equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move products to designated areas
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards set by the company
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer in a warehouse or distribution center will be an advantage
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication and teamwork skills
