**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Civils Foreman to lead our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in groundworks, civil works, and concrete works, with a strong focus on project management and team leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to groundworks, civil works, and concrete works.
  • Manage and lead a team of skilled workers, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material management.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address any issues promptly.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Civils Foreman, with a strong focus on groundworks, civil works, and concrete works.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
  • Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various sites.
