Taxation Expert

A highly skilled Financial Compliance Specialist is required by Career Connect (Pty) Ltd in Alberton to join their team.

This exciting opportunity involves the submission of provisional and income tax returns, preparation and filing of Corporate Income Tax, VAT, and other indirect taxes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field in Taxation and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations, providing excellent client service to internal and external stakeholders, and setting up appointments with the SARS tax practitioner unit and attending to SARS queries.

• Must hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field in Taxation
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in SARS e-Filing
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Own transport and a valid driver's license
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

We estimate the salary for this position to be around R250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
