Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Valuer.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with residential property research and fieldwork to support the production of the eThekwini Valuation Roll.
• Conduct fieldwork and valuations to meet the requirements of the capital project program.
• Undertake all aspects of property valuations, research, fieldwork, and negotiations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
