Cynbar Human Capital is looking for an experienced ICU Nursing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing with experience in managing complex patient cases.
About the JobThe ICU Nursing Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, promoting infection control, and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment. This includes educating staff and doctors on the correct utilization of specialized equipment and instrumentation.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around **R 550,000** per annum, based on industry standards and location.
This role involves working day and night duties, including weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate must be willing to work flexible hours and be available to respond to emergency situations as required.
Responsibilities- Providing quality basic and specialized nursing care
- Continual communication with the patient and family regarding the patient's condition
- Administering medication according to ethical and legal frameworks
