Job Summary

First Auto Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions, including preparation of financial reports and statements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in the automotive industry being advantageous. A CA qualification is also desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Preparation and review of reconciliations, schedules, and queries.
  2. Development of financial policies and procedures.
  3. Coordination of interim and final financial year-end audits.
  4. Performing ad hoc assignments as assigned by the General Manager and Group Financial Executive.

Requirements include a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in an accounting environment, along with IFRS knowledge and experience. Preference will be given to applicants with a Motor Industry background.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong supervisory and administrative skills are also essential, as well as the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team.
