Supply Chain Team Lead

We are seeking a Supply Chain Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive process improvements.
ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and managing a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations
- Developing and implementing process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A relevant qualification in supply chain, logistics, or a related field (advantageous)
