Nurse Clinician

As a Nurse Clinician - Occupational Health, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care and advice to employees in the workplace. You will develop and implement occupational health programs, conduct wellness and preventative interventions, and monitor employee health status through on-going surveillance programs.

You will also be required to provide reports and communicate with employees and employer groups. Strong customer focus, business writing skills, technical expertise, attention to accuracy and detail, ability to negotiate and influence, knowledge and application of clinical intervention principles, and knowledge and application of clinical risk assessment are essential skills for this position.

You will work effectively within a framework of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously are also essential for this role.
