About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HubSpot Consultant & Business Analyst to join our founding team and play a pivotal role in building a leading HubSpot consultancy. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their deep expertise in HubSpot and business acumen to drive client success and contribute to the growth of a dynamic, entrepreneurial venture.

Responsibilities:

  1. Complex Implementations: Lead complex HubSpot implementations, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub, tailored to client needs.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive HubSpot strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  3. Audits & Recommendations: Conduct in-depth audits of existing HubSpot instances and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  4. Workflows & Automation: Design and implement advanced workflows, automation, and integrations to optimize client processes.
  5. Expert Guidance: Provide expert guidance on HubSpot best practices and emerging trends.
  6. Business Analysis: Conduct thorough business analysis to understand client challenges, requirements, and goals.
  7. Technical Specifications: Translate business requirements into technical specifications for HubSpot implementation.
  8. Client Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
  9. Strategic Advice: Act as a strategic advisor, providing insights and recommendations to improve client ROI.
  10. Data Analysis: Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  11. Client Discovery: Lead client discovery sessions and workshops to define project scope and deliverables.
  12. Mentorship & Training: Mentor and train junior team members on HubSpot best practices and business analysis techniques.
  13. Sales & Marketing Materials: Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials.
  14. Business Development: Participate in business development activities, including client meetings and proposal development.
  15. Process Standardization: Help to create and standardize agency processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. English Fluency: English as a first language.
  3. HubSpot Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a HubSpot consultant or similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
  4. Success Record: Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing HubSpot solutions for diverse clients.
  5. Location Flexibility: Based in South Africa and willing to work Eastern Time Zone of the United States.
  6. Marketing & Sales Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and service processes.
  7. HubSpot Expertise: Expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub.
  8. Business Analysis Skills: Excellent business analysis skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  9. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  11. Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  12. HubSpot Certifications: HubSpot certifications (e.g., Inbound Marketing, Marketing Hub Software, Sales Hub Software) are highly preferred.
  13. Agency Process Experience: Experience with building out agency processes is highly desired.
  14. Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
