Job Title: Site Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Technician to join our team at Jobs2day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the installation and maintenance of laundry dosing equipment, including programming of laundry machines and installation of dish machine and chemical dosing units.
  • Perform routine checks on chemical mixing tanks and dosing pumps, reporting any abnormalities and making repairs as necessary.
  • Monitor and record chemical stock levels, ensuring proper stock rotation and storage of detergents.
  • Conduct daily and weekly checks on chemical flow rates and alkalinity levels, reporting any deviations from standard requirements.
  • Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed, including the disposal of empty plastic bags and the collection of empty drums.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in the installation and maintenance of laundry dosing equipment.
  • Knowledge of chemical dosing equipment and laundry machine programming.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Working Conditions:

The Site Technician will work in a fast-paced industrial environment, with regular exposure to chemicals and machinery. The successful candidate will be required to wear PPE and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
