Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for event queries and provide timely solutions.
  • Review and process all event requests to ensure alignment with the HCBI Guide and local country laws.
  • Draft contracts and coordinate with internal partners for their execution.
  • Manage renewals of existing contracts and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure Evidence of Service documentation is obtained for HCP payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educated to Higher Education or equivalent calibre.
  • 2-3 years' experience in the Health Care Industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a global team.
