This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng) with specialized expertise in wind and solar PV systems to lead our team's technical advisory works for utility-scale projects in Southern Africa. You will be responsible for conducting technical assessments and economic feasibility studies for solar PV and wind projects, proposing technical enhancements to project designs, and managing tender stages and contract negotiations.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while contributing to the success of our clients. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or technical engineering, registration as a Pr. Eng (ECSA), and/or experience in attaining registration with ECSA. A proven track record of experience in solar PV project development and delivery, embedded knowledge of solar PV plant designs, and expertise in covering the various stages of solar PV plant lifecycle management are also essential.

You will work closely with a team of like-minded engineers to deliver exceptional results, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. Your responsibilities will include leading due diligence efforts for solar PV projects, mentoring junior engineers, and driving business development initiatives. With a strong commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, you will be an integral part of our team's success.
