Key Responsibilities

This role involves driving IT recruitment success through technical recruiting. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing daily support to SAP users, assisting with transactions and troubleshooting system issues.
  2. Collaborating with internal teams and external SAP specialists to ensure system efficiency.
  3. Assessing and improving business processes, implementing necessary optimizations.
  4. Managing and maintaining critical system data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  5. Analyzing key reports, overseeing data integrity, and supporting financial processes.
  6. Leading system-related projects, enhancements, and user training initiatives.
  7. Ensuring system compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate has relevant qualification and 5-10 years of SAP support experience, strong knowledge of SAP modules: FI, MM, PP, QM, SD and business operations, proficiency in data management, reporting, and compliance, excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively, willingness to work flexible hours when required.
